	Lead marketing / technical writer at Venus-Gusmer. Developed library system to coordinate documents and eliminate discrepancies between manuals, catalogs and advertising literature. Also designed the company tradeshow exhibit and booth layout. Directed public relations for a national glider soaring competition. Produced press packages and releases, annotated maps, a 12-minute videotape and a detailed report on the logistics of covering the event. As a result, ABC sent a film crew to get tape for Wide World of Sports. At R&E cycles I designed retail displays including posters, floor layout, stock arrangement and advertising brochure production. At Electroimpact I produced: - Marketing literature and videos. - The company tradeshow booth. - A new company logo. Produced multimedia product marketing demo CD for Piranha Productions. Provided graphic design and programming support for lead web site designers and worked in the studio production of streaming media content (setting studio lighting, camera adjustment, audio adjustment, encoding, and CD publication). Designed and built a contest web site for a top rated Seattle radio show. The web site used Perl and CGI server side scripting to record votes and to take information for a subsequent random drawing. Developed educational web site design using Flash scripts and embedded streaming media solutions. The web site allowed users their choice of embedded Windows Media Player, QuickTime, and Real Player. Directed a 7-day regional flying competition. Produced a news release package (including a 20-minute video).
