Most of my communications work at R&E cycles was marketing writing for in store displays and brochures. However, a shipment of bicycle computers came in without instruction manuals and none were available as this was a discontinued item.

I was given the task of testing the computers and writing an operator's manual for them so that they could be sold. I welcomed the opportunity to produce a good set of instructions for adjusting a computer to a bicycle so that it would give accurate information.

I not only wrote all the text, I produced all the graphics and drawings included in the manual.
